    The Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Laboratories (BOL) offers both parasitology serology and microscopic confirmation testing through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Visit http://www.cdc.gov/dpdx for a complete listing of parasitology testing. Stained slides can be mailed to the BOL or electronic images can be sent directly to CDC at dpdx@cdc.gov. Include travel history and treatment therapy on the submission collection form found below.
