Licensee Compliance Program

Act 44 of 2017 allows the PLCB to

immediately take away a licensed establishment’s ability to sell or serve alcohol when PLCB analysts find that a licensee doesn’t meet requirements in law or regulation related to seating, food, square footage, rooms, and health license authority.

Residents and community members interested in reporting a complaint about a licensee are encouraged to do so by email.

Licensees are strongly encouraged to review the resources at the right, which explain the License Compliance Program.

It is the PLCB’s hope that licensees will take this opportunity to self-assess and ensure compliance with license requirements to avoid suspension of license privileges.
