(HEMLOCK LAKE)

Located in Indiana County, Straight Run Lake (a.k.a. Hemlock Lake) is a 60-acre impoundment owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and managed by the Fish and Boat Commission for public fishing and boating.

Indiana County Parks leases the site from the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission as a public recreation area.

FISHING

Straight Run Lake is managed as a warmwater fishery. All species of fish are managed under Commonwealth Inland Waters regulations. The Commission historically has stocked the lake with Walleye fingerling.
