    HARRISBURG, PA – The Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS), along with multiple Commonwealth agencies and various other entities, is experiencing significant IT infrastructure outages that are impacting normal operations. Due to these outages, members needing support may experience longer than usual wait times.
