Right to Know

A RTK request must be submitted in writing to the Open Records Officer. A form to be used for such requests can be ( downloaded ) or obtained at the Harrisburg Office of the Pennsylvania Game Commission and at Open Records Offices throughout the Commonwealth.

Interstate Wildlife Violation Compact

The Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact is an agreement that recognizes suspension of hunting, trapping, and fishing privileges in member states. This means that illegal activities in one state can affect a person's hunting, trapping, or fishing privileges in all participating states.
