The "office hours" Teams meeting is an open hour designed to provide participants with the ability to dial in or join via videoconference anytime during the hour. The platform is designated for facility infection preventionists or interim POCs to ask DOH plans reviewers' specific questions and offers an opportunity to listen in for the full hour to hear what questions others are asking about the process. The meeting is offered weekly to ensure that facilities have access to reviewers throughout the submission experience.
